What you'll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you'll support older and vulnerable adults to live safely and independently in their own homes by helping with:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation

• Personal care

• Meal preparation

• Medication support

• Light household tasks

• Shopping and community outings

• Promoting independence and wellbeing

Every visit is different, but every visit matters.

Availability

To provide the best continuity of care for our clients and ensure fairness across the team, we ask that applicants can commit to:

✅ Working at least two evenings each week
(Our shifts start from 7:00am, with our last care visits beginning at 9:00pm, so there are plenty of daytime, morning and evening hours available.)

✅ Working alternate weekends
This can be either one day/evening or both days across the weekend, depending on your availability.

📍 Work available across Portsmouth, Cosham, Portchester, Southsea and surrounding areas.
