Emma Morgan

My name is Emma, and I am the Care Operations Manager at Right at Home Portsmouth. I am originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland.

I joined the team at Right at Home Portsmouth in August 2017, when I relocated. I originally started as a Care Assistant before moving into a Coordinator role and now my current role. Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to support many different areas of the business.

I’m proud to have developed a wide range of skills and experiences along the way.

What I love most about my role is being able to support people to stay independent in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible. 

Care is so much more than a job to me — it’s about building relationships, supporting families, and making a real difference to people’s lives. Being part of a family-run business makes that even more special, as there is such a genuine sense of care, support, and togetherness within our team. 

 I feel very lucky to work alongside such compassionate and dedicated people.

 Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks, spending quality time with my partner Gareth and family, and travelling to new places whenever I get the chance.
