My family are very important to me as is living my Christian Faith.

I have been married to my husband Joe for 36 years and we have been blessed with four wonderful daughters: Ciara, Rachel, Emma and Niamh. We also have two lively grandsons named Fionn (Finn) and Conan. We are all the proud owners of our flat-coated retriever ‘Alphie’ who is keeps us all on our toes! Part time I also teach in a wonderful school and work mainly with 7 and 8 year old children.

My professional qualifications are in childcare and include:

• A NVQ Diploma Level 3
• Primary teaching
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Young People’s Services - Adults’ Management 

In terms of my personality I am caring, hard working, a good listener, loyal with a good sense of humour. When I give care, it is crucial for me to make my clients feel happy and secure. The ultimate reward is knowing that I have made a difference (even if a small one) to their lives.
